Summer training timetable
Winter training timetable (TBC)
Winter training sessions are held at both the Geelong Grammar School’s Handbury Centre and Waterworld. The Club holds its annual training camp at Geelong Grammar in October.
Our experienced coaches provide year round training for those swimmers looking to maintain and develop swim fitness and technique. Lara Swimming Pool closes over winter each year, so our sessions move to the nearby Handbury Centre at Geelong Grammar and Waterworld, Norlane.
Sessions will provide education on:
- fitness
- nutrition
- stroke correction
- starts and turns
- strength and conditioning

- race preparation
- race planning
All with some fun along the way!
