Our experienced coaches provide year round training for those swimmers looking to maintain and develop swim fitness and technique. Lara Swimming Pool closes over winter each year, so our sessions move to the nearby Handbury Centre at Geelong Grammar and Waterworld, Norlane.

Sessions will provide education on:

  • fitness
  • nutrition
  • stroke correction
  • starts and turns
  • strength and conditioning
  • injury prevention
  • race preparation
  • race planning

All with some fun along the way!

The following squad types are offered;

  • Development squad
  • For school age children beginning to learn competitive strokes.

  • Recreational squad
  • A focus on swimming for fitness and enjoyment.

  • Step up squad
  • For children moving towards competitive training.

  • Senior squad
  • For swimmers of any age training for competition, or looking for a challenging workout.

  • Adult squad
  • For adults aiming to develop their swimming ability for recreation or competition.
